green field: a pop up installation of 120 flowers around the ‘Angel of the North’ to celebrate its 15th anniversary on 16th June 2013.
inspiration: to transform the mound upon which the Angel stands into a colourful field of wild flowers, namely poppies and cornflowers, amongst which visitors walk.
materials: 80% recycled plastic household objects plus reclaimed steel poles and plastic piping
