Julia Barton works internationally, seeking out unusual sites, be they natural or man-made, taking inspiration for her work from the nature of the place. Her work encompasses permanent large scale public sculpture commissions to experimental temporary installations.
She also works collaboratively with a number of professionals and practitioners
to share knowledge and develop creative educational projects in schools
and colleges.
